A BIT ABOUT ME
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body and mind. My class will aim to put your body in the correct alignment. This ensures the least amount of stress is placed on your joints. Your weight is evenly distributed resulting in improvement in your balance and co-ordination. Your core will be strengthened, your flexibility, mobility and range of movement will be increased. This will result in a life with less aches and pains.

All sessions are intimate classes of a maximum of 10 people based on a first come first served basis. All equipment is provided. The sessions are all hands on but can be tailored to individual preference. Block bookings can be switched to work around any schedule.

INTERMEDIATE PILATES
FRIDAY 10:00-11:00
A class designed to improve your Pilates experience with a hands on approach. A maximum of 10 people per class to ensure focus is individualised to your personal development. A patient approach looking to make marginal gains to achieving the next level of your pilates journey.
ADVANCED PILATES
THURSDAY 10:00-11:00
FRIDAY 09:15-10:15
Designed to bridge the gap between Intermediate and elite level pilates. A hands on approach to developing an already good understanding of Pilates and enhancing the core ability. Focus is on individual improvement with classes at a maximum of 10 people.
BEGINNERS PILATES

A hands on introduction to Pilates. Easing you into the basics and improving core strength. Giving you a taste of what's to come at the very beginning of your Pilates journey. A patient approach with classes of a maximum of 10 people.
